A Steppin’ Out Success!
In an entertainment-filled affair, the Dimock Center’s 2011 Steppin’ Out Gala was certainly an evening of fun at the Westin Copley Place. Guests arrived to find lit marquees above various ballroom doors, denoting the locations of performances by a plethora of musical acts to ensue later in the evening. After a smooth, iPad facilitated registration, guests were invited to enjoy cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres and mingling as they awaited dinner.
The ballroom doors opened and guests found themselves in an elegant yet whimsical venue. Dynamic lighting played off of glass centerpieces, transforming the room into a space that shimmered. After a three course meal, guests hopped amongst smaller rooms to enjoy musical acts from the Harlem Gospel Choir, the North Shore A Capella Group and more!
