Celebrate Seventy in Bostonian Style

Last weekend we designed, executed and produced a traditional 70th birthday extravaganza at the Back Bay Harvard Club.  An intricate program including a three section speaker series, a cocktail reception, comedian, dinner, dancing and even a surprise visit by Marilyn Monroe, was enjoyed by three-hundred guests.

Stunning ice sculptures set the backdrop for a seafood inspired cocktail reception following the enlightening panels and prior to an elaborate dinner.

Side by side with our excellent vendors, we transformed Harvard Hall into the epitome of sophisticated chic, while  infusing the client’s vision into each element of the space.  An elaborate striped linen was paired with fresh purple accents, including florals and glassware, to establish the elegant color palette for the evening.  It was the ideal setting for the mouth-watering feast that ensued, which included a Fresh Maine Lobster Napoleon, Fire Seared Beef Tenderloin, and Mini Roasted Squash with Shrimp & Coconut Cream.
