Night at the Aquarium

On Tuesday night, the Partners were guests of the New England Aquarium for an evening in their Seafood Dinner Series.  They  were able to meet their new chef from the Caribbean, “Tiger,” and also met and watched chef Chris Parsons of Catch.  After watching a fascinating demonstration from both chefs, they enjoyed delicious wine paired with each course.  Not to mention, they also learned about sustainable seafood from the conservation team at the New England Aquarium.  It was a full night in every way!
