Bring Vancouver to Boston

If you can’t go to the Olympics, let us bring them to you!  This month, we designed and produced a winter wonderland at the Westin Copley, complete with Olympic inspired decor and activities.

Using a glittery palette of silver, blue and white – all the details were addressed from white dots on the dance floor to “fir” trees, silver and blue bauble cylinders to snow flake candle holders, even international flags hung behind the hockey goal.

Looking for competition?  Winter Wii games, arcade-style downhill skiing, a hockey shoot out and enthusiastic karaoke entertained guests until late hours of the evening.  With a green screen available, guests were able to document their evening with chilly photo backgrounds such as a penguin family or mountain peaks.
